Job Details :

• Responsible for the management of the company's financial and accounting operations.

• Ensure accurate and systematic recording of financial transactions.

• Prepare financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow) periodically.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and related accounts.

• Manage and monitor the company's cash flow.

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Coordinate with other finance and accounting teams.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.

• Conduct financial report analysis to provide recommendations for improvement.

• Develop and improve financial systems and procedures.

• Supervise and coach finance and accounting staff.

• Provide financial data and information for management purposes.

• Strong financial analysis skills.

• Communication must be in active English.

• Use of accounting software (Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc)

• Team management skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Kualifikasi :

• Female, Minimum age 25 years, Maximum 45 years.

• Minimum education D3 / S1 Accounting (preferred) or related field.

• Active English, TOEFL 450-550, TOEIC 600 / Daily conversation.

• Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting, with minimum experience as Supervisor preferred.

• Proficient in using accounting software (eg: Accurate, Cortex, SAP, etc.).

• Able to operate computer programs (MS Office, especially Excel).

• Have good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills

• Careful, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Able to work independently or in a team
