RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR LEBAK BULUS

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience in the F&B industry.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, Captain, or equivalent position.

• Previous experience in restaurant, cafe, casual dining, or hospitality operations is preferred.

• Experienced in supervising daily restaurant operations and service activities.

• Familiar with restaurant SOPs, service standards, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures.

• Experienced in staff scheduling, daily briefing, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

• Familiar with sales monitoring, cash handling, inventory control, and stock usage.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and peak business periods.

• Placement: Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta.
