1. Proactively sourcing and screening candidates through various channels to build a strong pipeline of talent

2. Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates

3. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and requirement

4. Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes

5. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics

6. Supporting the onboarding and orientation of new hires



What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry

2. Strong track record of sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships

4. Proactive, organised and result-oriented approach to work

5. Familiarity with the latest recruitment tools and technologies

6. Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience

7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
