Job Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Communication or a related field.
Minimun 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition in food & beverage industry or similar industry
Passionate about People Experience and eager to learn about Recruitment and Employer Branding.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Willingness to be mobile and travel out of town

Job Description :
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced startup culture.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and other channels.
Support the screening of candidate qualifications and administration.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
