Talent Operations & Outreach Intern

KitaLulus is currently looking for someone to support the sourcing and engagement of candidates through various digital channels. This role will handle operational and administrative tasks related to talent outreach, create compelling copywriting for mass communications, manage and analyze candidate data, and collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment targets in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates through various relevant digital channels

• Handle daily operational and administrative tasks related to candidate sourcing

• Create effective and engaging copywriting for outreach and message templates

• Use broadcast marketing platforms (e.g., 1Engage or Cekat.ai) to execute and monitor mass communications

• Process, manage, and analyze data using spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet outreach and operational targets

Job Requirements:

• Min. 6 months of work experience, experience in a similar role is point plus

• Bachelor’s degree fresh graduates are welcome (preferably majoring in Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields)

• Experience using messaging blast tools (1Engage, Cekat, or etc).

• Proven experience in copywriting, especially for outreach messages and communication templates

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes or talent sourcing will be a plus

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
