Key Responsibilities





Check commercial invoice against packing List, delivery note & BC4.0



Issue toll related tax invoices to customers



Calculate processing fees and create processing fees invoices in ERP



Check supplier tax Invoices and related input VAT and input supplier invoices into ERP (A/P entry)



Reconcile local sales/delivery report against LV system sales reports in month end



Check inventory reports against stock transaction reports in ERP



Calculate raw materials usage at month end for management reports



Check and verify PPh 21, PPh 23 and other taxes against tax system (CORETAX)



Calculate PIT on monthly payroll



Submit VAT, CIT and other tax reports into tax system (CORETAX)



Coordinate with Tax Department on daily tax matters



Qualifications





D3 or S1 Finance/Accounting/Management



3 Years or more related experiences



Familiar tax laws and regulations



Good knowledge of inventory control and costing



Advance users of MS Offices, CORETAX
