Trainer Staff (Surabaya/East Java)

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.

2. 2 years work experience as a Trainer in Food & Beverages or retail industries.

3. Possess Trainer/ Facilitator certification (preferred).

4. Willing to be mobile and assigned to out-of-town locations.

5. Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams.

6. Assertive, honest, and possesses strong leadership skills.

7. Knowledgeable in training concepts

Job Description :

1. Conduct training for outlet staff.

2. Test and create exam questions for staff training.

3. Develop training modules for staff.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training.

5. Perform other tasks related to the position.

6. Ability to explore new technologies and methodologies in learning and training
