Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier / Waitress to provide attentive service and handle guest payments accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain menu items, and take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and check on guest satisfaction.

• Prepare bills and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

• Check the cash float, reconcile daily transactions, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Maintain clean and organized tables, cashier counters, and service areas.

• Support opening and closing duties, including preparing cashier reports.

• Respond politely to guest inquiries and refer complaints to the supervisor when needed.

• Follow food hygiene standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier, waitress, or in restaurant service is preferred.

• Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Friendly, honest, responsible, and attentive to detail.

• Able to work well in a team and during busy service periods.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
