Account Manager

Job Desc:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project goals.

• Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Ads Specialists to develop strategic plans and present them to clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.

• Monitor and oversee the progress of all assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.

• Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.

• Track project performance and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

• Ensure high client engagement and satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and delivering value-driven solutions.

• Handle all project documentation and administrative reports to ensure proper record-keeping and smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in analyzing key metrics in Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.

• Experience in using project management tools and CRM software is a plus.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
