Application Engineer

PT Baskara Prima Sarana is a leading provider of fire protection and mechanical–electrical solutions for commercial and industrial buildings. We specialize in fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and related safety equipment used in malls, hotels, offices, hospitals, factories, and power plants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Application Engineer to support our sales and engineering teams through accurate pump selection and quotation preparation. This is an office-based role with strong technical exposure.

Responsibilities :

- Perform technical pump selection based on project requirements, specifications, and standards.

- Prepare cost estimates, technical data sheets, and formal quotations.

- Support the sales team with technical clarifications and pre-sales documentation.

- Review drawings, tender documents, and consultant specifications related to fire pumps and M&E systems.

- Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for technical and commercial accuracy.

Requirements :

- Minimum education D3 or S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 1–3 years experience in application engineering, technical sales support, or pump systems is preferred.

- Understanding of centrifugal pumps, fire pump systems, or M&E equipment is an advantage.

- Comfortable working with numbers, specifications, and structured documentation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

- Able to work accurately, independently, and collaboratively within a team.
