"Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Leasing Manager to support the Leasing Manager in overseeing and executing leasing strategies across all properties under our management. This role is responsible for assisting in achieving occupancy targets, handling lease negotiations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of leasing activities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in commercial or mall leasing and be willing to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities: • Support the Leasing Manager in implementing leasing strategies and achieving occupancy goals across all properties • Handle lease inquiries, prospect new tenants, and assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions • Coordinate the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing, including documentation and follow-up • Maintain updated records of all lease agreements, renewals, and expirations • Assist in planning tenant mix strategies and space allocation based on brand positioning and market demand • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries and supporting their operational needs • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and rental rate analysis • Assist in the preparation of leasing performance reports and projections • Collaborate with legal, marketing, finance, and operations departments to ensure seamless leasing execution • Conduct site visits and property inspections to ensure readiness and support leasing activity • Represent the company in meetings or events related to leasing when required • Travel to property locations when necessary to assist with on-site leasing activity" "Job Requirements: • Male or female, aged 28–40 years • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in leasing, preferably in mall or commercial property settings • Strong interpersonal and communicatio
