Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation and prospect hunting in relevant B2B segments.

  • Deliver product pitching and presentations to C-Level executives, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.

  • Execute negotiations and deal closings with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.

  • Manage the sales pipeline through CRM with high accuracy and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Client Success) to ensure smooth implementation of the AI Interviewer solution.

  • Analyze sales data and develop insight-driven strategies.

  • Represent the company at business events, demos, and networking activities.

  • Quickly adapt to dynamic products, markets, and SOPs in the tech industry.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving targets (target-driven) and accustomed to working with KPIs.

  • Experienced in handling end-to-end B2B sales processes: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing → after-sales.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

  • Strong business communication skills in ENGLISH (verbal & written).

  • Capable of preparing well-structured business proposals and professional presentations.

  • Possesses a growth mindset, adapts quickly, and demonstrates a strong ability to understand tech-based products.

  • Highly disciplined, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta and flexible for client meetings, both online and onsite.

  • Preferably has a professional network in HR Tech, SaaS, or AI-based companies.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with using AI tools to enhance productivity.
