Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts that increase brand visibility, drive customer traffic, and grow revenue. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns tailored to the hospitality and food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local and digital marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Manage the restaurant’s social media accounts, online presence, and content calendar.

• Plan and promote special events, seasonal promotions, and holiday campaigns.

• Collaborate with chefs and management to create promotional materials and storytelling content.

• Oversee online reviews and reputation management on platforms like Google, etc.

• Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on ROI and customer engagement.

• Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and email marketing tools.

• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of food culture and dining trends.
