• Spearhead Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, implementing strategic sales initiatives to expand the client base and meet revenue targets.

• Gain Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather competitor intelligence, identify lucrative opportunities, and guide growth strategies.

• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build a sustainable, thriving organization.

• Optimize Operations: Oversee day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring, ensuring operational efficiency.

• Champion Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement creative solutions that enhance JCA's posture-improvement programs.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic refinements and report effectively to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

• Proven success in market and business analysis.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire various audiences.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in sales or business development.

• Fluency in English is essential; Japanese language proficiency is a valuable asset.
