- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, etc.) - Strong interest in fashion, especially ladies shoes, handbags, and accessories. - Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical abilities. - Conduct market research to identify emerging and potential brands that appeal to Gen Z and young demographics. - Build and maintain relationships with brand representatives, designers, and distributors in the woman’s fashion market. - Evaluate brand fit based on Metro’s values and customer preferences.
