Commercial Manager

As our Commercial Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our business success. You will lead and integrate our business development, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to achieve goals and expand our reach. What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with Bumi Journey's overall objectives.

• Spearhead marketing and business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and partnerships.

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets through effective strategies and relationship management.

• Craft and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

• Cultivate and leverage your strong professional network to create valuable business connections.

• Represent Bumi Journey at industry events and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a marketing role with exposure in business and sales.

• Proven commercial acumen with a strong understanding of business, sales, and marketing principles.

• An established and extensive network of business contacts.

• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
