What will you do?

• Processing, monitoring, and generating client’s order/needs in Business Unit Enabler Services

• Coordinate and liaise with multi-stakeholders (client, customer and internal division) in the facility to ensure smooth operation

• Handling client complaints, analyzing problems & providing solutions

• Providing daily and weekly reporting order

• Supporting the company by making continuous improvement in accordance with company's vision and mission

What are the requirements?

• 18-35 years old

• Candidates must be possess at least Diploma 3 any field

• Fresh graduate welcome to apply

• Having experience as customer service/front liner is an advantage

• Having great skills in Excel

• Having good communication skills, analytical thinking & problem solving
