Deskripsi Pekerjaan

ICUBE is looking for a Customer Support (CS) Coordinator who is passionate about customer experience, enjoys coordinating across teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, mentor, and manage the Customer Support team to deliver high-quality customer service and technical product support

  • Act as the main escalation point for complex customer issues, requests, and complaints

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Lead, Developers, Product, and Business) to plan, execute, and improve projects

  • Oversee project progress, timelines, deliverables, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth project implementation

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, dashboards, customer data, trends, and feedback to improve customer experience, operational best practices, and overall project health

  • Proactively identify risks, provide strategic solutions, and prepare reports and insights for management decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Project Management, including proven experience managing a team

  • Strong understanding of customer success frameworks and support processes

  • Experience handling enterprise or high-impact customers is a plus

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

  • Technical background with strong adaptability to new technologies; experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) is a strong plus
