Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and product support to customers -

  • Monitoring all projects progress according to the timeline

  • Collaborate with team members such as technical lead and developers to establish the project and create a future plan

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

  • Analyze customer data to improve best practices

  • Improve onboarding processes to make sure project is running well

  • Provide a dashboard to monitor project health status

  • Manage e-commerce customer use Magento platform

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of customer success processes

  • Good organized and able to do multi-task

  • Self-driven and proactive manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Great team player

  • Technical skills required & able to learn new technology

  • Good analytical & Problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work in shifts
