Digital Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

• Manage and oversee a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with the overall marketing and business objectives

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the agency's offerings

• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their digital marketing skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Min. Bachelor degree from any major (preferred form Marketing, Design Communication Visual or related

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

• Having experience in Retail, Stationery, Beauty Product or FMCG Industry

• In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing disciplines

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data

• Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

• Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems

• Having experience Graphic Designer and able to Design Software.

• Fluent in English (Communication and Writing) is must
