Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Darmawangsa & Senopati. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for welcome and greet patients arriving at the clinic, handle patient registration, confirm and send reminders for physiotherapy appointments, patient administrations include of record patient visit history and the number of physiotherapy sessions attended. Will do financial administrations, clinic operations for manage physiotherapists' practice schedules and customer relationship for remind patients of their upcoming appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any major

• Preferably has experience 1 year in the same position

• Able to speak English ( Willing to learn )

• Good attitude and appearance

• Record-keeping and digital documentation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate patient needs

• Candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
