General Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, etc.).
Proven experience in HR strategy, organization development, and talent management.
Solid knowledge of applied psychology, particularly in:
Recruitment and psychological assessment,
Employee behavior and motivation,
Conflict resolution and counseling,
Personality and competency mapping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree (S2) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR or Psychology certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, HRCI, Assessor Certification, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to drive change management and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong analytical, psychological insight, and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, and compliance.
Conduct or oversee psychological assessments in recruitment, promotion, and talent development processes.
Provide counseling and psychological support for employees when needed
Ensure alignment of HR practices with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Lead initiatives to improve organizational culture
