Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities : Develop and execute commercial strategy: Lead the formulation and execution of commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead sales and business development efforts: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, identify new business opportunities, and build a sustainable sales pipeline. Strengthen partnerships: Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships that support business expansion and enhance service offerings. Manage key accounts: Oversee key account management to ensure strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. Analyze market trends and competition: Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial leadership roles. Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Experience in managing partnerships, key accounts, and cross-functional teams.
