Liaison Officer

We are seeking a talented Liaison Officer to join our team at PT Farpoint Prima (Gunung Sewu Group). As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued residential property tenants in South Jakarta. This is a position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure the highest level of tenant satisfaction.

Job Description:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial residential tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

2. Proactively monitor tenant lease agreements and ensure timely rent payments and lease renewals

3. Collaborate with the building management team to address any maintenance or operational issues within the commercial properties

4. Organise and facilitate regular tenant meetings and events to foster a sense of community and open communication

5. Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant retention and satisfaction

6. Assist with the onboarding of new tenants, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive first impression

7. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to tenant interactions and residential management activities
   

What We're Looking For:

1. 2-3 years of experience in a tenant relations at residential or property management role

2. Fluent in English (written and verbal)

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders

4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle tenant issues and concerns

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with property management software

6. Knowledge of local property laws and regulations governing commercial leases and tenant rights

7. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional tenant service
