Marketing Manager (Jakarta Utara)

Job Description: - Performance Marketing across all social media and marketing platforms - Monitors and improves Marketing KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, etc) - Ensures in particular effective implementation and usage of our SEO, B2B, and B2C Automation & Orchestration tools - Implements and runs digital marketing performance measurement system / organize performance analyses, produce regular reports and presentations on key metrics; operational marketing supports Sales and Merchants’ teams performance with relevant materials, training and tools (incl CRM Salesforce data & campaigns) business development and partnerships (fosters innovation through building partnerships to enrich our offers), and people management - Builds and adapts an effective and efficient marketing organization - Help and enhance the implementation of processes, procedures, and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales & marketing function - Empower staff through effective and open communication - Ensures that employees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, attitude - Promotes collaboration and cooperation with other departments Job - Leadership/people management experience Experience from international environment/company Also experience in payment/fintech/digital marketplaces as a plus - Experience in both leading cross-functional, game-changing and/or transformational initiatives Job Qualification: - Have skill, competencies, dan experiences about marketing, both digital channels and traditional channels - Have achievement track record in marketing and sale data oriented (such as present, analyze, and give recommendation based on data) - Sales oriented - Solution oriented - Assertive communication - Fast paced - Well organized - Located in Jakarta
