Marketing Manager

Key Responsibility :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations

• Manage social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns to maximize brand exposure

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies

• Measure ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance analytics

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring a high-performing and creative work environment

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing and any major

• 2 year experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion

• Strong experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and identity building

• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing

• Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Ability to allocate budgets efficiently and measure return

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal and external collaboration

• Strong leadership, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-paced industry
