Outbound Customer Service - Fluent English

We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Support (On-site – Tebet)

Work Location: Tebet (Work From Office)

Salary Range: IDR 5–7 Million (Gross)

Working Arrangement:

-min. bachelor degree any major

- fluent english

- 8 working hours per day with rotating shifts

- Willing to work night shifts during campaign periods

- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays

- Training Period (Week 1): Day shift, 09.00–17.00 (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via live chat and provide product recommendations to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.

- Support order processing and packing to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

- Conduct competitor and market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Deliver excellent customer service, including order tracking, after-sales support, returns, and exchanges.

- Collaborate closely with sales and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher.

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support, customer service with sales targets, or sales roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Customer-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure, with strong problem

-solving skills. Fluent in English.

- Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.
