Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Descriptions :

• Generate leads through digital ads and other marketing channels

• Collaborate with the creative team

• Plan, execute, and measure performance marketing campaigns on all digital channels

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and phrases for search engine marketing

• Plan and execute A/B tests

• Allocate marketing budgets effectively

• Generate reports, evaluation, suggestions on performance campaigns

Requirements :

• Able to work from office ( Batam/Jakarta)

• Min. Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/any related field

• Min. 1 year of working experience in performance marketing/SEO

• Proven experience in develop and execute digital marketing activities using ads platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, & etc.

• Proficiency in digital marketing & website analytics tools, and best practices

• Understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, ad copy, creative & bidding strategies for various ad platforms

• Having a Certification of Digital Marketing is a plus
