Product Manager - Short-term Contract (KLI-85)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management teams on operational financial transactions within the platform/product.

• Review and verify accuracy and completeness of daily bank statements.

• Perform daily reconciliation of financial products, validating funds received and disbursed.

• Support preparation of financial or accounting reports for internal requests, group requirements, or regulatory submissions.

• Communicate and coordinate with other business units to align on accounting treatments and policies.

• Manage all business processes related to cash inflows and outflows in the eKatalog v6 product, including revenue booking, user refunds, government submissions, tax payments, and seller disbursements.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures both from internal and external stakeholder perspectives.

• Utilize financial tools to process transactions and produce accurate financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management focusing on finance or a related environment.

• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and taxation laws.

• Proficient in financial transaction processing and accounting tools.

• Experience preparing financial reports for internal teams, regulatory bodies, or corporate groups.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business units.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
