Sales Executive (Radio Communication -Hytera HT Products)

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree any major

• 1+ year Sales experience in :

-Radio communication / HT

-ICT, security, or industrial products

• Fresh graduates are welcome with passion in Sales

• Strong interest in radio technology and willingness to undergo Hytera product training.

• Strong communication and consultative selling skills

• Comfortable conducting customer visits, solution demos, and project coordination

• Willing to travel domestically for client meetings or POC activities.

• Personal mobility (motorcycle) is a plus

• Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat (PT Samafitro)

Job Descriptions :

• Promote and sell Hytera Radio HT, repeaters, and communication solutions.

• Develop new leads from dealers, resellers, enterprise, security, and industrial users.

• Conduct product demos and presentations to explain features, coverage, and use cases.

• Build and manage strong customer relationships to grow recurring business.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular reporting.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
