Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Lead brand positioning, product promotion, and campaign execution.

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Set and monitor sales targets, pipeline performance, and conversion rates.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.

• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize product offerings and pricing.

Marketing & Branding

• Plan and execute digital campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, website).

• Oversee content creation, promotions, and brand messaging.

• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.

Team Development & Coordination

• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales and marketing team.

• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a results-oriented culture.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance) for alignment.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

• Use CRM and analytics tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer behavior.

• Make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in a similar role, preferably in FnB Corporate.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.

• Creative, analytical, and highly organized.
