Smailing Tour & Travel is looking for an experienced Sales MICE professional who will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing sales activities. The role will also work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of events.



Qualifications:





Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive sales experience and a proven track record are welcome to apply.



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales MICE in the travel agent industry.



Strong skills in sales, product knowledge, and quotation preparation, with the ability to work based on targets.



Experience in bidding processes with large companies across various industries, including all aspects of B2B sales.



Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.



Good written and spoken English; proficiency in additional foreign languages will be an advantage.



Domiciled in the Jakarta area.
