Responsibilities

• Handle freight forwarding sales activities including sea freight, air freight, and land transportation

• Focus on achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives

• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until deal closure

• Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and documentation

• Manage customer inquiries, provide regular shipment updates, and resolve service issues professionally

• Support management in driving revenue growth and market expansion in Jakarta–Tangerang area

• Engage with clients, conduct follow-ups, and build long-term business partnerships

• Prepare routine weekly and monthly reports on performance, ideas, and progress

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Management, or related fields is preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding sales

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation

• Target-oriented, resilient, and highly motivated by incentives

• Proven track record in customer acquisition and achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Familiarity with the Jakarta logistics market and existing customer network is a strong advantage

• Willing to work offline and be based at the office in BSD area
