Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, software, or technology consulting services.

  • Strong track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, targeting mid to enterprise-level clients.

  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, IT solutions or business software solutions is an advantage.

  • Proactive, result-oriented, and highly driven.

  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients for Logiframe’s IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, and technology consulting services.

  • Generate leads through market research, cold outreach, networking events, digital campaigns, and referrals.

  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ business challenges, goals, and operational needs.

  • Present Logiframe’s tailored solutions, highlighting their value in improving business efficiency and performance.

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals covering scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible, present them persuasively, handle objections, and close deals.

  • Monitor sales pipeline stages, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients post-sale.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Logiframe’s solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and client developments to uncover new opportunities.
