Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This role focuses on selling industrial chemical products to key sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, shipping, and other industrial companies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with target key areas such as Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Karawang.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and customer growth.

  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors to adjust strategies and find new opportunities.

  • Provide excellent service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay up to date on product features and benefits. Present and demonstrate products effectively.

  • Work with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree: at least Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Years of Experience: at least 1 year of experience in selling Chemical or Industrial products to corporate or enterprise.

  • Technical Skills: Direct Selling, Account Management, Communication, Negotiation, Market Knowledge, Customer Focus, Presentation.

  • Personal Quality: Proactive, Independent.

  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to travel, and must have a valid SIM A and SIM C license and be open to regular travel within assigned areas.
