Social Media Manager

Escape Concept Umalas is a new upscale hospitality project in Bali, scheduled to launch in mid-2026. Designed as a conceptual residence club, it brings together 17 high-end contemporary villas that combine private living, tailored hospitality, and lifestyle facilities.

We are looking for a Bali-based Social Media Manager with strong creator skills to independently run the brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts through hands-on content creation, publishing, audience engagement, and performance-driven execution. This is a contract-based role for someone who can create content end-to-end, manage day-to-day social media execution across both platforms, stay current with trends and platform updates, and continuously improve content based on performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Independently run the brand’s Instagram and TikTok accounts

• Create and publish content for both platforms

• Handle daily Stories posting

• Plan and schedule content in advance

• Publish feed posts regularly

• Write captions with a clear understanding of Instagram SEO and content optimization for discoverability

• Manage engagement in comments and DMs

• Source and manage organic collaborations

• Monitor content performance, identify growth opportunities, and act on insights

• Refine content strategy based on results, trends, and platform updates

• Work closely with a targetologist

• Coordinate external video production support when needed

• Ensure content remains aligned with the brand’s visual identity and communication style

Qualifications:

• Video and shooting

• Video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Basic graphic design skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar toolsSocial media caption writing with deep understanding of Instagram SEO and content optimization for discoverability

• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and platform updates
