Meta Ads Specialist

Escape Concept Umalas is a new upscale hospitality project in Bali, scheduled to launch in mid-2026. Designed as a conceptual residence club, it brings together 17 high-end contemporary villas that combine private living, tailored hospitality, and lifestyle facilities.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Performance Specialist with strong creative skills to take ownership of paid acquisition for the project. This is a contract-based role for someone with a strong command of Meta Ads, a clear understanding of campaign and funnel logic, and the ability to adapt creative assets based on performance. The role requires both analytical and creative thinking, with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and conversion improvement.

Key responsibilities :

Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

Build and manage campaign

structure across the funnel Conduct competitor analysis and identify actionable insights

Run batch testing of ad creatves

Replace, adapt, and refine underperforming creatives during testing

Adjust static and video ad assets when needed

Work closely with the Social Media Manager when required

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting

Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations to improve conversion

Stay current with Meta platform updates, ad formats, and campaign best practices
