We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining consistency in brand communication, and supporting overall marketing initiatives through social media channels.

This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in social media who are eager to develop their skills and contribute to building a strong and relatable brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to ensure consistent and engaging content.

• Create and execute content planning (weekly & monthly), including captions and content ideas aligned with brand identity.

• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant and competitive.

• Collaborate with internal teams for content production (photos, videos, campaigns).

• Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, growth) and provide simple reports.

• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and interactive content.

• Support campaign execution and promotional activities on social media.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.

• Creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and able to generate content ideas.

• Basic understanding of content strategy and branding.

• Familiar with basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

• Good communication skills and able to work in a team.

• Basic English proficiency is a plus.

Salary: Rp 3.500.000 - Rp 4.000.000 / month

Location: Denpasar (Preferred)
