Job Requirements :
Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description :
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and database management.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates for Head Office & Operational.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Contribute to talent pipeline development strategies.
Manage recruitment administration and candidate documentation.
