Telesales Intern

Job Description:

• Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers based on the provided marketing data (approximately 2,700 contacts).

• Deliver clear and engaging communication to introduce the company’s products or services.

• Identify potential customer interest and record call outcomes accurately.

• Maintain a positive and persuasive approach during sales calls.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal communication skills and comfortable speaking for extended periods.

• Experience in telemarketing, credit card sales, or other customer-facing sales roles is an advantage.

• Confident, persuasive, and able to build quick rapport over the phone.

• Willing to work with high call volumes and meet daily or weekly targets.

• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate call records.

• Able to start immediately is preferred.
