We’re currently looking for a Learning & Development Staff to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about training, people development, public speaking, design, and learning systems, this role might be a great fit for you! Location: Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta Work System: Full WFO (Monday – Friday) Qualifications : · Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant background · Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development · Experienced in managing and operating a Learning Management System (LMS) · Able to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) · Skilled in designing and developing training modules (offline & online) · Experienced in delivering training with strong public speaking skills · Good design skills · Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting · Familiar with training evaluation (pre-test, post-test, participant feedback, training effectiveness) · Strong critical thinking and analytical skills · Communicative, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team Apply now and grow your career with Kobus Smart Service!
