Job Description:





Identify and develop new business opportunities.



Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.



Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.



Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups until deal closure.



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project quality and timeliness.



Identify upselling and service expansion opportunities.



Requirement:





Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.



Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive is a plus.



Strong communication and negotiation skills.



Target-oriented, proactive, and highly initiative.



Able to work independently and as part of a team.



Familiar with CRM tools and basic office applications.
