- Lead and manage the entire design process from initial concept development to project completion - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and objectives translating them into innovative design solutions - Create detailed project proposals mood boards and design presentations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients - Oversee and mentor junior and interior designers providing guidance feedback and support throughout the design process - Source and select materials furnishings and finishes that align with the project's design vision and budget - Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure our designs are contemporary and cutting-edge - Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution - Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery - Site measure and supervision to ensure implementation of design intent quality control coordination with suppliers progress monitoring and problem solving - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or equivalent - 3 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects - Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite) - In-depth knowledge of design principles space planning and materials - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients team members and external partners - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in guiding junior and interior designers - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards - A keen eye for detail aesthetics and trends in interior design
