Interior Project Manager

- Oversee end-to-end execution of interior projects - from initial planning, scheduling, checking drawings, and budgeting to handover - Coordinate with in-house designers, drafters, and external vendors/suppliers - Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to design and technical standards - Conduct regular site visits and report progress/issues to internal teams and clients - Anticipate and troubleshoot project issues and site discrepancies quickly - Maintain thorough documentation, including reports, change orders, and client communications - Ensure quality control at every stage of the project - Act as the point of contact for client updates, feedback, and approvals - Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or architectural project management - Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and project flow - Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills - Ability to read and review technical drawings and BoQs in detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, or similar) - Willing to do site supervision when required - Experience managing both residential and commercial projects - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) - Familiar with Jakarta-based suppliers and subcontractors
