- Lead and manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to project completion. - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives, translating them into innovative design solutions. - Create detailed project proposals, mood boards, and design presentations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients. - Oversee and mentor junior and interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process. - Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's design vision and budget. - Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure our designs are contemporary and cutting-edge. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. - Site measure and supervision to ensure implementation of design intent, quality control, coordination with suppliers, progress monitoring and problem solving.
