Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Law/Management

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR

Proficient in Management System and HR Management

HR administration & analysis (such as : absenteeism, overtime, working hour, working schedule, etc.)

Honest and dependable

Good communication skill

Very high attention to detail

Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline

Computer literate (Microsoft office suite: Google Drive,Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to HR

Capable of working under pressure

Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deep understanding on Recruitment

Propose and manage budgets

Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards

Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors

Implement improvements to work systems
