Recruiter Consultant - Freelance

Sheru Indonesia is a people-centric HR services company committed to delivering seamless HR solutions for businesses. We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our network and help us connect the right talents with the right opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Share regular updates on hiring progress

What we’re looking for:

Experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or ATS is a plus
