Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a weekly content plan aligned with campaign and growth objectives.

2. Execute end-to-end content production, from creative brief and ideation to publishing and reporting.

3. Conduct content performance analysis and extract insights to guide future strategy and optimization.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Reels content that supports job listing fulfillment goals.

5. Produce 10–14 high-quality, relatable Reels per week, ensuring consistency in tone, creativity, and brand alignment.

6. Participate in content strategy discussions with the broader social media and marketing teams to identify opportunities for engagement and reach growth.

7. Monitor and manage comments on Reels to maintain healthy audience interaction and brand reputation.

Requirements:

1. Strong short-form content portfolio (TikTok / Reels), with at least 5 videos reaching >1M views or equivalent high engagement.

2. Skilled in editing tools : CapCut and Canva

3. Proven ability to produce saveable and shareable Reels that drive follower growth and reach expansion, with at least 5 videos reaching >5000 save and share (high value)

4. Demonstrated success in content performance metrics, such as:

   • Creating content that generated >1,000 new followers organically in a single video Reels.

   • Successfully increasing new followers from a relevant target market through strategic content planning. -

   • Maintaining strong save/share ratios that consistently boost organic reach.

5. Confident and comfortable appearing as on-screen talent for Reels content (when needed).

6. A natural storyteller who can create 15–30s Reels that are fun, credible, and high-impact.

7. Deep understanding of Indonesian social media trends and audience behavior.

8. Analytical mindset — able to interpret data, extract insights, and optimize content accordingly.

9. Plus: experience creating UGC Content
