SALES - FREIGHT FORWARDING

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team. The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and provide tailored logistics solutions (Sea, Air, and Land Freight). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global supply chains and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new prospects through calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings everyday.

• Sales Achievement: It's a must to achieve Sales Target every month. ​

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure customer retention and long-term loyalty. ​

• Logistics Solution Selling: Analyze client requirements and propose comprehensive logistics solutions, ​Quotation & Negotiation: Preparing competitive quotations and negotiate with customer to maximize profit margins. ​

• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, freight rate fluctuations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. ​

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions ​

• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Education, candidate min. Bachelor’s Degree Female / Male ​

• Having experience, minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Freight Forwarding or International Logistics industry.

• ​Languages: English ​

• Having good communication skill: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. ​

• Having good Negotiation skill: Strong ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals. ​

• Resilience: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle rejection and work under high-pressure environments. ​
