Sales Lead

Haquhara is a beauty company who provides products that embody professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artist and Beauty Enthusiast. We are currently looking for Sales Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

a. Sales Strategy & Planning

• Define and implement sales strategies aligned with overall commercial goals.

• Lead annual and quarterly sales planning across online, offline, and operations units.

• Identify new growth opportunities and channel development potential.

b. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Manage and coach a high-performing sales team.

• Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the team.

• Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture within the sales function.

c. Cross-Functional

• Collaboration Align with Brand & Marketing team on campaign plans, promotions, and product pushes.

• Work closely with Sales Ops for forecast accuracy, stock flow, and reporting excellence.

• Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners (e.g., resellers, platforms, retail partners).

d. Channel Development & Optimization

• Monitor and optimize performance of each sales channel (eCommerce, retail, marketplaces).

• Drive excellence in customer journey, from discovery to conversion, across all platforms.

• Oversee paid media budget for performance marketing

e. Reporting & Insights

• Analyze sales trends, customer data, and competitor activity to guide decisions.

• Present performance updates and strategic insights to management regularly.
